Editing content with WYSIWYG sometimes results in appended @font-face code #12958

Describe the defect

While editing KB articles, @font-face code would sometimes get appended to the intended content in the WYSIWYG. Sometimes it happens when I open the paragraph but before doing any editing myself. Sometimes it happens after I've edited the content and collapsed the WYSIWYG. In the latter case, I only notice it after I save my changes.
