To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://staging.va.gov/southeast-louisiana-health-care/contact-us/
2. Click on accordion group headers
3. See empty accordions

Backend: https://staging.cms.va.gov/node/7863/edit

AC / Expected behavior

• [ ] I expect if the body of the accordion is not filled out THEN the accordion does not show on the front end VAMC detail page
