Fix 11 bad facility urls in lighthouse csv

Description

Upon investigation we found 11 facilities that are using outdated urls. We will need to fix these

Some may take some determining where the appropriate place to point is if the are for something like a domiciliary that has no published cms page.

The impact to veterans are that requests for these urls result in a redirect to the VACM system page, which is not very helpful.

Acceptance Criteria

• The following entries in the CSV are fixed.

Most likely if the facility is not published in the CMS, it should get a link to its faclility locator detail page.
