Display of Location and Contact information for national services within health services accordions

Issue Description

We need to determine how to display the Location and Contact information for national services within the health services accordion for VAMCs.

Example: Within the Intimate partner violence accordion, the Domestic Violence hotline displays the facility address on staging. It Facility Address is "off" in CMS Should location be listed as "United States"?

@thejordanwood - Something for us to consider for Virtual Service Locations

The updated Service Location paragraph type proposed for VBA will start with a field that specifies Service Modality / Service Delivery Method and based on what users select, certain later fields will be required/optional/hidden.

National call centers would check only the "Virtual service desk (e.g. support line)" option and then not be required to have any Address information.

Once we have designed this pattern for VBA, we can discuss a plan for how we transition VAMC Services.
