Problem Statement

How might we make the editorial experience more transparent related to forced updates and Veteran notifications?

Goal

Content editors can anticipate if their changes will force an update so work in progress is not pushed prematurely. Content editors can anticipate if their changes will trigger a Gov delivery so Veterans are not notified unintentionally
