AS A PO/PM I WANT to schedule a Staging Review for I.L. SO THAT we can launch it.

off-shore zip codes (Guam, Puerto Rico)
GMT < NMT
8 or more dependents

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Prep all artifacts needed for Staging review
- [ ] QA artifacts
- [ ] Accessibility artifact
- [ ] etc

Staging review meeting won't be completed this sprint because Accessibility and QA artifacts are challenging prerequisites. Those artifacts are being worked on this sprint and may be completed (TBD). However, since Platform requires 4 days lead time once artifacts are ready, actual SR meeting will definitely not occur this sprint.

Wes owns QA artifact. A11y artifact will be started in a meeting with LauraF on Fri, 7/28.

Laura F said she may deliver a11y artifact tomorrow (Tues) or Wed. (So this may carry over to S90.)
