AS A PO/PM I WANT to get Collab Cycle engaged with iOS smart banner started SO THAT we can move forward with our implementation.

Collab cycle ticket was created. Two touchpoints were assigned, but I confirmed we don't need Content (CAIA) one so the only touchpoint will be Staging review. Closing.
