User story

Platform Collab Cycle has a Contact Center Review touchpoint

Build (using Powerpoint typically) a visual guide of what the screens are, with call-outs for significant pieces of functionality on each screen – docs / instructions
Submit to the Contact Center team using their github template

Engineering notes / background

Analytics considerations

Quality / testing notes

Acceptance criteria

[x] Product guide written in powerpoint per documentation
[x] Submitted Contact Center Review ticket
