Rich text editors have been updated to use CKEditor5 as part of the Drupal 10 upgrade and will need to be updated in the Figma Design System to match. A list of the visual differences between the rich text editors used in Drupal 9 and Drupal 10 can be viewed as part of the visual testing done in ticket #14427.
