[CONSIDER] options for display of clinical hours when they differ from official VAST hours

User Story or Problem Statement

Veterans using North Texas VAMC's Sam Rayburn center are confused by listed clinical hours. Hours from VAST are listed as 24/7 since the center has a domiciliary and a community living center. However, their clinical hours are actually 8-4. Some Veterans show up at the clinic outside of actual clinical hours.

Description or Additional Context

• There is currently a facility notice but it may be hard for Veterans to see.
• In this case and similar cases, can VAST clinical hours info be bypassed?
• If not, is there another way to make the actual hours more obvious?

Question: Is there a way for VAST to provide an additional option that isn't 24/7 because this may apply to any facility without an emergency room?
