User story

AS A PO/PM I WANT simple GA funnels to monitor flows through and out of IL app SO THAT I can ensure post-launch health until a Domo dashboard can be built.

• [x] Built Explore funnel capturing more specific funnels, if needed (e.g., the dashboard URL table has a few quirks that could be distracting)

Page title is turning out to be a bad way to get analytics, because the way we update the page title per-screen (using react router) is sometimes not getting into GA. This might lead to way under-counting successful flows through the funnel.
