Problem to solve

How might we increase visibility of ongoing research at VHA facilities in support of recruitment efforts and to help reframe the narrative?

Intended audience

Veterans/beneficiaries
researchers

(This request was forwarded by VHA DM on behalf of Atlanta's research arm.)

Audit of existing experience

As of 8/29/2023, there are 220 research related VAMC detail pages with a variety of IA approaches
- Information about research at New Mexico health care is organized under Programs
- Atlanta health care has a hub of information with an overview of the program and a variety of child pages for topics such as Animal and Laboratory Research, For Investigators, Participating in Research, etc.
- Recruitment approaches include
- Content for researcher audience examples
  - Houston health care

The original request came in as a request for special research story types. Wondering if a spotlight on the health services page might be an option.
