There was a new Mismatched entity and/or field definitions error in the D10 branch. We need to add a reusable way to update entity and/or field definitions.

There used to be a Drush command for this -- like entity:update, right? Can you remind me why that was removed?

Is this a critical fix that must be addresse before d10 launch?
