User story

AS A Content Editor I WANT a knowledge base (KB) article on Benefit Detail Pages SO THAT I have accurate documentation to follow.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] KB article is drafted for how to create a Benefit Detail page & links to Q&A groups KB
[ ] Request review from CAIA & link to ticket
[ ] Requested review from @wesrowe / @jilladams
[ ] Cut a KB article review request for Helpdesk: link

For the benefit detail page, I think we'll need to talk about this one more as Mikki and I continue to work on the benefit hub optimization content strategy and IA work. As part of that work, we're refining what will live in the hubs (and so what content would use a benefit detail page template).
