Add links and images to listed "Nearby Vet Centers"

Description

We list nearby locations so Veterans can find the most convenient place for services but we do not make it easy for them to visit the pages of these locations. Now that all pages are published, we should be able to link to the locations and present the facility images.

Current behavior

Vet Center Locations pages list up to 5 "Other nearby Vet Centers". Example: Cape Cod Vet Center

Outstations do not yet have their own pages but are listed as a Satellite locations page of the main Vet Center with which they are affiliated.

• Example: Elkton Vet Center has two outstations: Aberdeen Vet Center Outstation and Salisbury Vet Center Outstation.
• The Aberdeen Vet Center Outstation is listed as a "Nearby Vet Center" for the Wilmington Vet Center. In this case, the link to Aberdeen Vet Center Outstation in the Nearby Vet Center list should take the Veteran to the Aberdeen Vet Center Outstation listing on the Elkton Locations page.

Expected behavior

• Listed Vet Center names are linked to their published pages
• Listed Outstations are linked to their listing on their main Vet Center's location page
• Listed locations have photos

Eli: Nearby Vet Centers does a lookup from Lighthouse, so it they're updated from Lighthouse that will automatically happen.
