Siteimprove: Provide additional facility URLs for deep linking

User Story or Problem Statement

Siteimprove has implemented deep linking for the following site:  https://www.va.gov/atlanta-health-care/ . Deep linking is not available on other facility sites.

Description or Additional Context

We are awaiting further direction from VHA-DM and Siteimprove to see if they want to implement deep linking on other facility sites. We will need to provide URLs if requested. Relates to #16521.

Steps for Implementation

If requested to provide additional facility websites, provide URLs. Need to clarify if they still need a: (1) live URL and (2) edit URL. Example:

• [ ] Live URL: https://va.gov/atlanta-health-care/locations/fort-mcpherson-va-clinic
• [ ] Edit URL: https://prod.cms.va.gov/atlanta-health-care/locations/fort-mcpherson-va-clinic

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Send URLs to Siteimprove so they can configure deep linking (on other facility sites)
• [ ] Once deep linking is confirmed by Siteimprove, confirm the following from the Siteimprove dashboard:
  • [ ] Accessibility Issues: “CMS” Deeplinking button displays next to the icon for the outbound link that displays in the URL row
  • [ ] When clicking through the URL link, there is should be a tab, "Edit in CMS" at the top of the detail page.

On 1/3/24 Justin Warren sent a message to Siteimprove support to inquire about cost as it relates to CMS Deeplinking

Blake and Justin have confirmed that there are no additional costs to add deeplink other facilities. We will move to prioritize getting the URL list for them to submit a SiteImprove Helpdesk ticket for integration. @maortiz-27-80 @BerniXiongA6 @michelle-dooley
