[CONSIDER] Link to VR&E scheduling tool #17119

Description

In September 2020, VBA launched a new an electronic Virtual Assistant (e-VA) specifically for use by Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E) program participants. According to the [announcement] (https://content.govdelivery.com/accounts/USVAVBA/bulletins/29d349a) Veterans who are enrolled in the VR&E program will have the option to opt-in to this new application which will enable communication and customer service while automating routine admin tasks, including appointment scheduling.

Question: Should this be promoted on modernized VBA facility pages offering VR&E services?

Discussed with Eli, VERA and VR&E are different. (VERA is appointments related; VR&E is Employment related.)
