Improve Node View for Service Region content type

User Story or Problem Statement

AS A Drupal CMS user viewing a Service Region content type I NEED the formatting to be nice SO that I can easily parse the content

Right now some of the fields as the botttom of the Node View aren't formatted in nice boxes like the fields above, so they don't feel like they are the same type of information
