Consider: Standardize wording of social media links on VAMCs

User Story or Problem Statement

Currently, the wording on social links in the Get updates from [VAMC system name] is controlled by individual editors, resulting in a variety of similar, but slightly different wordings. e.g.

• Lebanon VA Medical Center on Twitter
• VA Pittsburgh health care Twitter
• VA Chicago Healthcare System at Twitter

By contrast, other links in the same component have standardized link text that is not under editor control. e.g.

• Subscribe to [VAMC system name] news and announcements
• Subscribe to [VAMC system name] emergency notifications

During the VBA design, we worked with CAIA to come up with new wording for those social links

• Get updates about [VA proper noun] on [social media platform]

How might we:

• standardize the wording on Front End?
• update the Drupal interface to limit what editors can enter?
