Regional Office pages: San Juan, P.R. Spanish translation phone number #17539

Description

The Regional office page design includes a "Can't find block" which displays the main benefits hotline number and a link to the Facility Locator.

The main VBA Benefits number has a Spanish assistance option accessed by selecting Option #2 twice.

The Content style guide has this guidance:

Use “select” to indicate the menu option after dialing a phone number. Example: Call 988 and select 1.

This is a national phone number and Option 2 (Spanish) is available everywhere, and could be useful for folks outside San Juan.

Danielle provided the following pattern from the Contact us page:

MyVA411 main information line 800-698-2411 Hours: 24/7 If you need an interpreter: Call 800-698-2411 and select 0. We’ll connect you with a VA call center agent. Tell the agent that you want a language interpreter to join the call.

Based on the utility of OPtion 2 nationally, this could / should likely be a content change to Centralized Content for ROs, to add Option 2 in that text. When the content change is made, Laura would like to review the Language attribute accessibility.

This is only on RO pages.
