Design review: Events #17704

Description

The Events product hasn't been reviewed as a whole for a while. An accessibility audit was completed (which also included some needed DS updates and additional recommendations) but it would be good to do a full design review.

Are there other improvements/updates not mentioned in the previous ticket that we should be making? Are there other components (VA or USWDS) that we should be incorporating?

Additional Info

Also something to keep in mind is the relationship between Public Websites and the IIR and which team may be responsible for what regarding Events.

@FranECross @mmiddaugh We should consider Laura's accessibility findings into the Events MVP and AP template. Fran when you're ready let's find time to discuss this.
