Steps for Implementation
[ ] Review the existing accessibility backlog to determine if the issues are still active and, if needed, refine the existing tickets to create a path forward for a solution and add severity of the issue.
[ ] Review CMS and add new accessibility debt tickets to the backlog.
[ ] Create backlog refinement sessions to collaborate in solutioning the accessibility issues and determining issues for future sprints.
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] Backlog of accessibility issues that include severity of issue and it's impact on VA editors and veterans.
[ ] A process for how the CMS team will manage the backlog
