As a member of the AP team, I need to understand the goals, direction, and priorities for the AP team for 2024.

As a member of OCTO leadership, I need to understanding of how and where the AP team will progress with implementing Next Build for 2024.

Description or Additional Context

On 7/18, @EWashb (AP Product Owner) will have to present about the Accelerated Publishing work to OCTO leadership and will need to have a completed roadmap for her presentation. Per @EWashb: I have about 15 minutes to present and will talk the what, when, why, and how. A roadmap with details and impacts to others will be most important.
