There is a "component" for address block in the Design System. It's not a standard component but just a class - va-address-block that can be applied and the proper styles will be used. However, on Facility pages, CSS has been written to remove the blue border which seems like we maybe shouldn't be doing this but rather just using standard DS styles?
If possible, we might want to look into why this was added and see if it can be removed to allow the standard DS styles to be used instead.
