User Story or Problem Statement

• As a Knowledge Base editor, I want to include images and screenshots to support VA editors; limitations within the image upload feature do not allow me to modify for use case.
• As a reader of the Knowledge Base, I want to see all of the contextual images accompanying articles.

Description or Additional Context

• The largest problem is the KB template utilizes a small image ratio for embedded images ultimately forcing images to render at a truncated ratio
• The image ratio setting within Drupal for 'large' images is 480 x 480 = a more appropriate setting for a 'small' image
• The help text available is not accurate and does not reflect the actual process

Steps for Implementation

• Developer assessment to better understand the current state of the KB template, image ratio settings
• Determine the image ratio better suited for KB without bloating the bandwidth demand
• Determine further steps for a global image ratio update across the Drupal environment

Further context: I added an image to a KB article but faced visual accessibility problems while previewing the article. I tried to fix the issue by uploading the image with different dimensions and resolution sizing but was unsuccessful. It seems that the image attributes in the code are causing the image to scale down in both resolution and size.

Next steps: I am going to brief @EWashb on this issue during our Tuesday sync and get guidance if/how this should be prioritized.
