[EPIC] [Analytics Custom Events] Remove custom events and adopt va-link where appropriate

Description

An audit of Google Analytics custom events was performed in order to determine which events need to remain custom. and which events may be replaced by components with baked-in analytics. Now that the components' analytics have been adjusted and released, depending on circumstances, we need to either:

• remove custom events and adopt the component analytics, or
• keep the custom events and continue to disable the component analytics

The spreadsheet used for this endeavor is a copy of the original that Randi Mays created, with the products on individual tabs.

User story

AS A PO/PM managing Public Websites products & features I WANT to adopt the baked-in analytics where possible, and remove the custom GA events SO THAT extraneous code is removed and only the events needed will be triggered.

• Removal of custom analytics is almost done on Public Websites. Is not done at all for Facilities, due to PM transition / lost in the sauce when Jane left.
• Randi has capacity in current sprint starting Monday.
• I would like to:
  • Give Randi free reign to review the Facilities audit spreadsheets we created in #17532 and start ticketing. (She is willing.)
  • Review the created tickets with Fran, as Fran has been closest to this initiative, and pull in what makes sense to start on
  • Track that work in this epic as a megateam initiative
