User Story or Problem Statement

As a developer working in Drupal CMS, I need to understand how to create cypress tests using best practices and effectively troubleshoot and understand the source when my code fails in testing.

Description or Additional Context

The CMS team has been promoting more widespread testing for developers who are working within Drupal CMS, but the developers need better guidance to understand how to write test that are not flakey and can better scale. Developers could use better guidance on understanding their role in troubleshooting the tests and when and how to escalate to the CMS team.

Steps for Implementation

Understand the pain points when it comes to testing from facilities, CMS, PW teams
Create a list of best practices and standards for writing cypress tests
Create guidance on how to troubleshoot tests that are failing and determine if the issue needs to be escalated to CMS team

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Documented guidance on how to best write test scripts and navigate tests that are failing.
