Steps for Implementation

• Based upon the results from the UX audit, CMS PO and CMS PM determine the design and implementation plan for the PDF deletion feature.
• CMS PM and CMS developer collaborate on creating tickets for technical implementation.
• CMS PM and CMS UX collaborate on creating a change management plan for release.
• Meet with stakeholders and present an opportunity tree to determine a path forward with implementation.
