[2024-07-18] [Fran] Per Chris K, there's a comment from Laura, that we cannot implement this yet due to va-link not able to take in the lang attribute through to the . Can you close this once the spreadsheet is updated?

Description

The va-link component has been enhanced to provide destination and can be used now for the Translation Widget, as well as the existing custom events removed.

User story

AS A PO/PM managing Public Websites products & features I WANT to (where appropriate) adopt the va-link component, its baked-in analytics, and remove the custom GA events SO THAT extraneous code is removed and only the events needed will be triggered.
