Create Scope and Schedule for Quarterly Editor Survey

User Story or Problem Statement

The CMS team needs to collaborate with VA stakeholders to determine the frequency and cadence for how often the quarterly editor survey will be sent out and available to editors.

Description or Additional Context

A quarterly survey to editors has gotten approval from stakeholders and is ready to be sent out. The CMS team needs to work with OCTO stakeholders to come up with a plan of action on how to send the survey to editors and synthesize the results.

Steps for Implementation

• [x] Take the list of active Drupal editors.
• [x] Review the list of editors within Drupal and determine who should be included.
• [x] Create a quarterly schedule and cadence to send the survey to editors.
• [x] Get feedback from VA stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the schedule.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Determine when the editor survey will be sent to editors each quarter.
• [x] Determine how long the editor survey will be open for editors to respond.
• [ ] Document schedule in a runbook within Confluence.
• [ ] Implement the survey into the CMS roadmap and sprint planning.
