[EPIC] [Q4 2024 Content Changes] Epic to organize Q4 2024 content change requests #18482

Description

This epic will contain content change requests where targeted delivery is Q3 2024. Public Websites performs various tasks to support the Sitewide Content & IA team. These include:

Content audits, when not possible to complete using the CMS audit tools
Redirects: both in Devops code, and client-side redirects in vets-website code
Hard coded changes in support of other content efforts, where needed
Translation toggles
Updates to knowledge base articles, etc.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] See individual tickets for AC

@jilladams ~~Thanks for the reminder about that Epic. I'll change the scope of this new epic, and we can close 16394. We're going to have new epics every quarter so they don't live forever.~~ 😁🎉Changed my mind when I saw that the older epic has scads of current tickets assigned to it. I'll just update it's title, and we can close it at the end of Q3 and create a new one. Closing this new one.
