Audit internal link references across the CMS

User Story or Problem Statement

There have been at least two instances in Vet Center Spotlights and CLP pages that get improperly generated on the FE and are instead created as entity:node/XXXX.

As a CMS Team, we need to know where all of those fields are in the global system so that we can either update them or pass to product teams to fix.

Description or Additional Context

This was recently seen on CLP for single sign on (ticket forthcoming from Public Websites), and was addressed by Facilities for Vet Center links in this ticket. The prevalence of this issue across content types may suggest that this is a global CMS issue therefore we should address it. The audit will allow us to determine the scope of the issue to be fixed. Once the audit is complete we can either keep this work or facilitate handing off to facilities and/or public websites teams.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] An audit/report is generated showing all areas of internal references in links across the Drupal CMS.
• [ ] This report should be tagged by content type
• [ ] List is reviewed with PO to determine product ownership
• [ ] If this is a global CMS defect, additional tickets should be created for the fix.
• [ ] If this is not a global CMS issue, collaborate with product teams to address
