[PACT Act Wizard] [FE] Implement new results screen content #18720

Status

[2024-08-19] [Fran] Moved back to Drafts pipeline. Danielle has confirmed that we may not get feedback from stakeholders until some time in Sept. [2024-08-09] [Fran] Noting that this is still blocked. As an aside, I touched base with Danielle today to ensure the collab cycle request is still on her radar, and she confirmed it is. [2024-08-05] [Fran] Blocked - Michelle will let us know when the content for the results screen is available. Fran to update this ticket at that time. [2024-07-29] [Fran] Still awaiting content from Danielle. Michelle is looking into getting the content and will let us know. Fran to update this ticket at that time.

Description

Update the PACT Act new results screen with the updated content provided by Danielle T. Note that the logic change was implemented in this ticket: #16120

User story

AS A Veteran or other PAW user I WANT to see the new R4 results screen if I select Yes for questions S2.1 and/or S2.5 (only) in the the PACT Act Wizard SO THAT I answer am aware of my results

Noting here that @thejordanwood mentioned there will be updated content for Results 1.1-1.2 as well: https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/vets-website/pull/30966#pullrequestreview-2200420534.

The logic for Results 4 is already in place; we need to just drop in the content that is provided.

@FranECross Looks like all the content we need for the results pages is in this Mural. Could you please confirm with CAIA that this content is final?

I confirmed with Danielle that the Mural has only the changes to the flow. All the changes to the results pages and dynamic content are still outstanding. The pending content will be provided once it is finalized so that you only have to touch it once, @randimays (outside of any QA process, at least).
