Discovery: UI Changes to PDF Audit Feature

User Story or Problem Statement

To increase engagement with the PDF audit feature and encourage editors to reduce their usage of PDFs, we need to make the feature more understandable to editors.

Description or Additional Context

The PDF audit feature was released in May 2024 and since then, we've received some feedback from editors (primarily through the Help Desk) and VHA Digital Media that we want to incorporate back into the PDF audit feature. This feedback is primarily:

• Remove a type of PDF (@MDomngz can you help me here?)
• Remove PDFs that are not attached to content

Steps for Implementation

• Review feedback from editors about the PDF audit feature to inform UI changes to the PDF audit feature.
• Determine a path forward for UI changes to make PDF audit feature more understandable.
• Technical assessment on how to remove unattached PDFs from the PDF audit.
• Collaborate with VHA Digital Media to determine the sections and frequency

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Determine opportunities for label changes for columns that would be more understandable for editors.
• [ ] Plan of action to remove unattached PDFs from the PDF audit feature.

Edmund's feedback: changing language and labels is easy, but it will be more challenging to hid stuff.

8/8 update: met with the CMS team and determined that we are going to deprioritize this work this sprint to move forward with the PDF deletion script. Will likely bring in Marisa and Steve to do this work.
