Content audit & updates: for VA.gov Drupal references to Regional Office teamsites

Description or Additional Context

We will redirect the first 4 regional office sites to VA.gov in https://github.com/department-of-veterans-affairs/va.gov-team/issues/90957.

We need to audit Drupal for any uses of the old TeamSite link, and update those URLs to use the modernized VA.gov URL instead.

Steps for Implementation

Audit for URL references in Drupal
Audit for any hard coded URLs in vets-website and content-build
Update those references to use modernized links, with an appropriate revision log

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Results of content audit are documented in ticket comments
[ ] References to redirected TeamSite Regional Offices are updated to modernized VA.gov Regional Office links after redirects deploy
