User Story

As a Drupal Admin, I need to be able to set the parent link for all Manila content so that I can add the Manila VA Clinic to Drupal

Description

Here is the place where the logic exists and needs to be updated

ACs

1) Logic is updated 2) Manila parent link is available in content creation in Drupal
