• @FranECross @Agile6MSkinner we'll need tix for any Green / Yes items once SMEs sign off, and I know Michelle wants to see motion on this in Sprint 13. Given our reduced 13 capacity, we'll need to talk in planning about how much capacity to set aside for this, given that we won't have the tickets ready to review during planning meeting.

Per planning discussion, CTA widgets do not qualify here / updated to No in spreadsheet. They send users on to portals which handle user requests / submissions, but the widget itself does not handle submissions.
