As a member on the CMS team, I need to understand when I am expected to respond to outages and incidents for CMS.
As a stakeholder (e.g. CMS help desk, CMS PO) of the CMS team, I need to understand who and where I can contact when there are outages of the CMS.
The CMS team does not have a set rotation on who and when CMS engineers will respond to support outages.
Putting into icebox until after Next Build launch and we can get more focus and resources on this work.
