[Find a VA Form] Update the Product Guide to reflect the changed text and date "Form revision date'

[2024-10-01] [ Fran] Completed the work; will close the ticket after the Contact Center signs off on the updated product guide.

Description

In ticket #11047, text on Find a VA Form search results and Details pages was changed from 'Form last updated', to 'Form revision date', and the date that displays is truly the revision (aka version) date of the form.

The Find a VA Form Product Guide needs to be updated to reflect this, then submitted to the Contact Center for review/approval/addition to their library.

@jilladams @randimays Just a quick note to let you know I updated the Find a VA Form product guide with the "Form revision date' updates (and a couple of other updates to it), and submitted it to the Contact Center. I'll keep this open until they sign off on it. cc @mmiddaugh
