Train Vet Center staff in updating Vet Center facility status #2061

Problem

We want to decentralize the updating of facility status in CMS to NCA, Vet Centers, and VBA, so that it's not on @davidconlon 's plate.

Opportunity

Vet Centers are great partners / guinea pigs for this process

Who

Two Vet Center staff, who don't currently have CMS accounts

User stories needing training

  1. Logging in
  2. Using the Facility status dashboard to update Vet Centers facility status

Ideally this would be done in such a way that VBA and NCA staff could leverage the same training modules.
