User Story or Problem Statement

A lot of content stored in CMS is geolocatable, particularly Facilities and Events (but possibly service locations associated with Facility servcies, which may have slightly different geodata than their facility)

How might we

create a single source of truth where one does not exist
reinforce existing sources of truth (eg VAST/Facility API)
send Lighthouse geodata that may be of interest to other consumers
ensure that geodata is good quality
