Cerner Drupal API: Test widgets to verify in Staging; flip Prod flipper when testing complete

Our PW widgets are onboarded. Need to test cutover to Drupal in Staging and verify, then cutover in Prod if tests pass.

Acceptance Criteria

In Staging, with pw_ehr_cta_drupal_source_of_truth flipper set to Drupal, All manage-healthcare widgets show Cerner content when System EHR is set to Cerner, and show Vista content when System EHR is set to Vista.

Make sure everything is up to date on Facilities cut to Cerner. Facilities we want to test, flip to Cerner staged. Can use Boise. Build Staging data needs to sync from Prod

Then: we can test.
