PM: Decide 5 to 7 research locations for VBA MVP

Based on criteria established in previous sprint, select the VBA RO locations where we will begin research, both veteran-facing and editor-facing.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] 5 to 7 sites have been identified as likely and criteria understood
• [ ] Resources (editors, VBA leadership) have been identified at each location and have agreed to be on board
• [ ] Intake interview/questionnaire has been conducted with SMEs at each location
• [ ] 1 or 2 initial locations are locked in, where we can begin discovery and research, while continuing to identify the additional sites.

The ask for editors at MVP sites: Do you want to participate in discovery only, or both discovery and implementation? Once they express interest and availablity, we will assess against our range of criteria.

Tanekwa B has sent taskers to the editors of record (2 editors at each location) for each of the 5 proposed RO's. Meeting scheduled for 8/9 with Dave C, David S, Denise E and Tanekwa B to check status and define next steps.

According to Dave C on 8/5, we can consider Boston locked in as an MVP site.

Continuing into next sprint recognizing many dependencies on contacts at VBA, taskers, approval for taskers, etc.

Last update from Tanekwa is that Taskers went out to all sites, with the deadline of 8/17

Progress is blocked, as discussed with @davidconlon and the team.

In discussions with @RWEagans we decided to close this as 7 sites are identified, emails have gone out to 6, still waiting on DC.
