• Consider right aligning the percentages of ratings in the “Overall rating” and “Distribution of ratings” section on the school page
• Consider having the rating modal as a separate page. It’s very tall for the screen
• Consider using the dark gold color for the stars
• Consider using the numerical meaning along with the stars

I do have a thought about separating the blue bar. I've noticed on other VA forms that, when you have questions that both use the blue bar, sometimes they naturally end up joining together depending on where they start/end. We'll try to keep an eye on it!
