[Launch] BDD: Review Call Center Documentation #12775

Issue Description

We should have a meeting with the Call Center folks to talk about how their material would be updated for BDD. The extra questions are minor but there may still be an update we can give them to add to their training.

@luke-gcio I've proposed that we set up a meeting to maybe handle both the video walkthrough and figure out what documentation would need to be updated. If you think this is a good route, then as soon as the meeting is set up I'll get to work on checking documentation and see what we should add/what call center thinks they would need as an update to their documentation.

Update: Met with Kim and Ervin on Monday to understand requirements. In short, this should be a comprehensive BDD guide (via PDF or Word doc) and a video walkthrough of the product. We were provided examples of both of these deliverables from Auth Experience's profile 2.0 work.
