Customizable Review Page

User story

As a VSF developer I need the form's review page to be customizable so that we don't have to artificially compromise the user experience for development effort/time or vice-versa.

Additional details/notes/links

Review page is not customizable, would prefer a container with platform components rather than a black box. I would extend this to other black boxes in the system, with my limited experience, it's always been easier to create custom widgets than use the built in widgets.

I think this is fair. My initial thoughts for what this might look like:

• A page-level configuration option is created to override an individual review page (inside a chapter)
  • It would accept a React component, which is passed (probably) all the same props as would get passed to the SchemaForm in ReviewCollapsibleChapter
  • This component is for view-only; the normal SchemaForm would be rendered in edit mode
  • This would save the hassle of re-creating all the things the forms library does—rendering the fields, hooking them up to the redux store, handling validation, etc.
  • This would also ensure consistency with the page in the normal form flow

For the new VA Forms System Core (VAFSC) package, engineers will be responsible for constructing some of their own code for the review page initial PR. It will no longer be a black box, but it will still be "opinionated" in how things are laid out.

With the current Forms Library being sunsetted, addressing this issue will not be prioritized. The focus of the Forms Library Team's work is on building out a better review page pattern in the new VAFSC package.
