Complete load of staff profiles to be used in the following health program pages:
For all of the VISN-6 Systems listed below:

• [x] Minority-Veteran-Care
• [x] Patient-Advocates
• [x] Returning-Service-Member-Care

• [x] Women-Veteran-Care
• Include photos if available for individual caregivers
• ATTENTION: there may be duplicates, caregivers will support more than one Health Service Program, but only have to be loaded in Staff Profile once!
