This request is to add add vaccine research data to the Covid Dashboard.

We implemented GTM on the vaccine page, and you can find the details here.

Here are the stakeholder's data questions from this Slack conversation:

• How are Veterans finding the vaccination content (either the landing page or the form - i.e. where are they coming from?)
• How many Veterans are coming to the form?
• How many Veterans are completing the form?
• What is the % dropoff?

We should add this as another section to the Tool Usage page of the Covid Dashboard.

Section Title: Vaccine Research Subtitle: Volunteer Registry

Chart: Page Views vs. Successful Submissions vs. Failed Submissions by week Chart: Funnel & table (see @bsmartin-ep 's funnel documentation here)

@JasonTheBearded added the charts to the dashboard! Usability looks fine on my end. @bsmartin-ep can you QA?

As a future iteration, we may want to combine this data with page entries on the tools to see how Veterans are getting to all vaccine related tools.

We may need to merge that data with the actual sign ups when that gets tracked.

Definitely @joanneesteban. Do you want the gauge to report on total events or unique events?

To be consistent with the other parts of the dashboard, we've been using Total Events (sum of all events).

@joanneesteban I've added initial viz objects for the 'How veterans are contacting about the vaccine' and 'How Veterans are viewing vaccine content'. Let me know if I need to make any changes to those card. Thanks!
