Product description

The stakeholders would like to introduce a series of videos that further explain what services they offer before the Veteran is engaged with the form. These videos are meant to sit after the eligibility wizard and the form itself.

@jenstrickland - does 3 pm ET still work or would you like to try for 1 pm ET?

Also, we see the phases mentioned in the design documentation, and I guess we were skipping to phase 4 so maybe we can talk more about what the other phases are based on (bandwidth maybe?).
