1. check google analytics to see what clicks are like for these
2. check with call center to see if ppl are having trouble finding those items on Vets.gov
3. then decide whether to do this ticket.

Stakeholder feedback

• It's hard to quickly/easily tell here what docs these links are for
• Maybe bold the actual letter names so it’s easier to see?
• Bullet points are real close together, maybe give more spacing so it’s easier to find the thing you’re trying to get? Maybe doc titles and then descriptions?

Solution recommendations The point of this section is to say, "look we know we don't have everything you might need as a downloadable letter on this page. So for the other things you might have come here for, here's how to get them." Not sure visually what the best way is to represent those things, or if we have existing design patterns we could use for this (maybe the related links style from static content?)

I'm not sure if I'm on here on purpose or not, but my 2¢ is that you might look at category headers, or front-loading with the category. Something like this?
